Hier erkennt man diese Rolle wurde schon einige Male gefischt! Der Übergang am Bügel, zur Schnurführung, ist jetzt rund.

In der Vorderansicht macht sie einen sehr guten Eindruck. Und es ist gut zu erkennen, sie hat noch den alten geschraubten Kurbelknauf, die Kurbelarmlänge muss 62mm betragen, sonst stammt die Kurbel wie so häufig, von einer anderen Rolle!

Die Kokillennaht am Gehäuse ist verputzt, die hintere obere Kante, ist dadurch leicht ballig.

The mold parting line on the housing has been dressed, leaving the rear upper edge slightly convex.

Hier gibt es noch eine kleine Verbesserung zu sehen, man kann mit ein paar Feilen Strichen, die Auflage für die Rücklaufsperre verbessern. An der Auflage oben eine kleine 45Grad Schräge anfeilen. Das hat 2 kleine Vorteile: erstens die Rücklaufsperre läuft dann etwas weicher und zweitens bei einer kleinen Wartung wenn man die Schneckenwelle, raus nimmt, springt die Rücklauf sperre nicht von der Auflage runter, bzw. wenn man den Schieber betätigt springt sie wieder an die richtige Stelle zurück. Komischer Weise hatte ich schon einige Rollen, die diese „Verbesserung“ hatten, vielleicht stand das auch mal als Fingerzeig in irgend einem Forum?
