Die ABU Cardinal 3 (Champagne) Version I, ist relativ selten zu finden. Sie ist praktisch Identisch, wie die Cardinal 33 (Grün) der allerletzten Modelle 1976! Wahrscheinlich hatte man damals, noch einen grösseren Lagerbestand, an Gehäusen und Deckeln? Denn ich kann mich erinnern, die Cardinal 66er und 6er Modelle waren damals der Verkaufsschlager und eine zeit lang, echt schwierig zu bekommen! So wurden die vorhandenen Teile einfach, champagne Farben lackiert, bis dann auch für die Cardinal 3, die neuen Gehäuse und Seitendeckel kamen?
The ABU Cardinal 3 (Champagne) Version I is relatively rare. It’s practically identical to the Cardinal 33 (Green) from the very last models in 1976! Perhaps they still had a larger stock of cases and casebacks back then? Because I remember the Cardinal 66 and 6 models were bestsellers at the time and really hard to find for a while! So they simply painted the existing parts champagne-colored until the new cases and side covers for the Cardinal 3 finally arrived?

Das Getriebe ist praktisch identisch, wie bei den letzten Cardinal 33 Modellen. Sogar der Antriebsarm ist die Version 4, mit Sicke im hinteren Bereich!
The gearbox is practically identical to that of the last Cardinal 33 models. Even the drive arm is version 4, with a crease in the rear section!
